German professional female tennis player Sabine Lisicki was born on 22 September 1989 in Troisdorf, Germany. Lisicki started her professional tennis career in 2006 and went on play in all the major Grand Slam events but was unsuccessful. Her by far best performance in any Grand Slam was third round of Australian Open in 2008. Lisicki has managed to won only 2 ITF singles titles up till now and she currently ranks World no. 55. Lisicki highest ranking in singles was World no. 49 on October 13, 2008.
